Golem I

Golem and other paintings from this series express my boredom with the prevailing standards of beauty and my fascination with what is different, unique, a fascination with what is often considered ugly but in my perception incredibly alluring because it is so unconventional. At the same time, Golem 1 is a whimsical painting, a play with exaggerated form, and an attempt to introduce an enigmatic narrative, which later became something indispensable to me.
